By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Khelo Bangla website and app (collectively, the "Platform"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document in full before proceeding.

Khelo Bangla reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To open an account with Khelo Bangla, you must meet the following requirements. We reserve the right to review each application and may decline membership for any reason.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. Use of an account by a third party is not permitted.
• Khelo Bangla may temporarily suspend an account if any unusual activity is suspected.

Khelo Bangla currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50, and the maximum depends on the limits set by each payment method.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment account may be cancelled.
• Deposits are generally instant, but may take up to 1–30 minutes in some cases.
• Khelo Bangla does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• For deposits that have not been successfully credited, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawing winnings from Khelo Bangla is subject to certain rules. We aim to make the withdrawal process as fast and straightforward as possible.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 BDT.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours of submitting a request.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, Khelo Bangla reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

Khelo Bangla regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before acceptance.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once to the first deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires meeting a wagering requirement of 5x–30x.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• If the same individual or household claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• The use of bonus balance for betting may be restricted in certain betting markets or games.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Khelo Bangla. Additional detailed rules may apply to specific sports or events.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — use the Cash Out feature if you wish to make changes.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Khelo Bangla reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.
• Odds in Live betting change rapidly — the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Placing bets using insider information or knowledge obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Khelo Bangla platform to ensure a fair environment for all users. Violations of these rules will result in serious action.

• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions by opening multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts or steal their information.
• Threatening or abusive conduct toward Khelo Bangla staff.

Khelo Bangla reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances. You may also submit a request to close your own account at any time.

• You may request to close your account at any time.
• You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed.
• If a breach of terms is identified, your account may be suspended without prior notice.
• If fraud or money laundering is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

• Your information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Information may be required to be disclosed to authorities in order to meet legal obligations.

Khelo Bangla believes gaming is for entertainment — not a solution to problems. That is why we place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• You can temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
• If you are experiencing a gambling problem, our support team will provide information on professional assistance.
• Betting with borrowed money or funds meant for living expenses is dangerous.

Khelo Bangla is committed to providing you with the best possible service; however, our liability may be limited in certain circumstances.

• Khelo Bangla is not responsible for lost bets resulting from internet disconnection or device failure.
• We are not fully liable for delayed transactions caused by errors in third-party payment systems.
• No compensation will be provided for service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical failures (force majeure).

Khelo Bangla reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform.

• Each update will be reflected by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure and withdraw any valid balance.
